Description:
NFCSP helps caregivers of adutls with dementia by providing limited, short-term respite services, including: chore services (yard work, heavy housework), personal care (dressing, bathing), daily home tasks (meal prep, errands), and companionship. Caregivers are eligible if they provide unpaid care for any of the following persons: adult age 60+ needing assistance with daily living activities, adult with dementia, adult with a disability age 19-59 (and caregiver is a relative 55+), or minor child age 19 and under (and caregiver is a relative 55+). Applications must be processed through ADRC.
