The Lake Shore Assisted Living campus has 6 buildings, Cedar Cottage, which is a 15 bed Community Based Residential Facility, located at 12440 Warpath Lake Minocqua, WI. It is connected to Cedar Lodge, our 21 residential care apartment complex, as well as Fraser Cottage, which is our 8 bed CBRF, and Spruce Cottage, which is another 8 bed CBRF. We have 2 other facilities, Bolton Cottage, which is an 8 bed Memory Care unit located at 2201 W. Bolton Lake Lac de Flambeau, WI, and Lake Tomahawk, which is a 15 bed CBRF and Memory Care located at 6416 Flicker Road Lake Tomahawk, WI. It has plenty of room to grow as a happy and healthy assisted-living environment for the older residents of the northwoods.
