AseraCare merged with Amedisys in 2021. They provide Hospice Care, Personal Care, Palliative Care and Home Health Care. Primary support offered within the Shawano and Oconto Counties is Hospice Care. Medicare and MA/LTC Program Billable services. Services are offered in home to meet a persons specific needs. They offer 24/7 on call support. Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
