Home Health Services, home health aides in-home following surgery, hospital stays, nursing home stays, rehab therapy, or changes in medical conditions. Nurses always on-call available 24 hours a day to answer questions, address concerns, or visits you at home when you need it. Can also provide tranlators and social workers if needed. Medicare or private insurance may help cover home health caer costs. Call for futher information. Registerd Nurse: Seven days per week excluding holidays, 8 am to 4:30 pm. An on-call nurse is available after hours, on weekens, and on holidays. Nursing Assistants: Seven days per week, 7 am to 5 pm. Weekend visits are reerved for essential visits only. Rehab Terapies: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Offers services including (but not limited to) non-medical in-home services for personal care, bathing and hygiene, medication reminders, transportation, errands, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and supervision in the comfor of one's own home.
