Description:
Matches consumers with a participating opthamologist in their area. Patients will be given a comprehensive medical exam for eye diseases to determine what care may be necessary to protect the patient's vision. Those with previously undetected eye disease will be provided care for whatever condition or disease is diagnosed. There is usually no cost to the patient, however, the following services (which may be part of the treatment) are not covered: eye glasses, contact lenses, prescription drugs, hospital services, and associated services of other medical professionals.
