ARCW offers a wide variety of health and mental health services; HIV counseling and testing; Early Intervention health care; cooperative therapies; and health education. ARCW also provides prevention services and programs for those at high risk for HIV infections.Eligibility: Have diagnosis of HIV Positive. The Wisconsin AIDS hotline is 1-800-334-2437 (a program of the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin). The hotline is toll free 24/7, statewide. We answer questions about prevention, transmission, and treatment, safer sex and risk reduction. Anonymous.
