Description:
The Antigo Public Library has the following programs, services, materials and devices available to the public:
1. The Outreach Program, a service which provides library materials to those who are not able to access the library on their own.
2. Large print books in both fiction and non-fiction.
3. Books on CD, MP3, Playaways - all materials which allow patrons to listen rather than visually read.
4. Access through our website to downloadable audio books through Overdrive, a subscription database - another listening format.
5. Aladdin Video Magnifier - nearly any object can be placed in its viewer and the screen will display a greatly magnified version.
6. Page and neck-worn magnifiers for in-house use.
7. Computer with Zoom-Text Screen Magnifier, an oversized screen monitor, a Turbo-Trac Mouse and a large print keyboard.
8. Wheelchair located inside the library.
9. ADA accessible doors in the back entry way and also into the library from the hall.
10. Web site with specific area devoted to seniors and veterans.
