Description:
Home Health Care provides a range of skilled services to include skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Services may include medication management/teaching, education in disease management, wound care, home IV infusion therapy. All services provided must be ordered by a Physician, are medically necessary and are provided by an RN, LPN, home health aide, certified physical or occupational therapist, speech pathologist.
Personal Care provides personal assistance, stand by assistance, supervision or cues for people having difficulties with one or more of the following activities of daily living: eating, dressing, bathing, toileting and transferring in and out of bed.
Homemaker Care provides assistance to people having difficulty with one or more of the following instrumental activites of daily living: preparing meals, shopping for personal items, managing money, using the telephone or doing light housework.
