Description:
The office for the Department is located in the Community/Senior Center. Offer programs for all ages while also helping in forestry, cemetery needs, renting park shelters, renting rooms at the community center. Contact the Parks & Grounds Offices for current and upcoming events.
Services provided by the department include:
Youth and adult recreation programs
Upkeep of, and digging of graves at the Richland Center Cemetery
Upkeep and maintenance of the city's walking trails, swimming pool, parks
Upkeep of Chamber of Commerce, City Municipal Building, Library
Providing contact information for people to make grave arrangements
Will accommodate needs of developmentally disabled as needed.
