Description:
Passages is a program for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Passages provides services to women, children and men, and services Richland, Vernon, Crawford, and parts of Iowa, Grant, Sauk, and Juneau Counties. However, no victim is ever turned away because of their geographical location.
Services include:
Emergency shelter which is a safe comfortable living environment where shelter, food, clothing, options counseling and advocacy are provided for up to 30 days.

Counseling offered consists of weekly support groups, short-term walk in counseling for support and problem solving
Advocates assist with the courts, social services, and emergency medical support response.
Information, referral and follow up give guidance with community agencies/resources to assist with long-term change support.
Passages also offers community education with presentations to schools, churches, and social organizations to educate and sensitize the public, and in service training for area professionals.
Volunteers are welcome to help with training for the crisis line, shelter staffing, childcare, fundraising and maintenance.
Children's services include case management for child witnesses of domestic violence. Youth support groups and youth anger management groups. School and community presentations.
