Alexian Village and Rehabilitation Center provides personalized, quality care for the following: Recovery from an acute illness, ongoing medical and nursing care for chronic health conditions and care for those suffering from Alzheimer's disease or other forms of memory loss.
Under the direction of the resident's physician, the Center staff provides an integrated care management system to effectively manage complex health care needs including: Infusion Therapy, Enteral feeding, pain management, rehabilitation respiratory care, extensive wound care, Cardiac and pulmonary Disorders, Diabetic Management, Lymphedema Therapy, physical, speech and occupational therapies. Short term recovery from hip or knee surgery. Hospice and Respite care available.
