This campus currently offers the following services:
Independent Living
Seven duplexes, 14 single-family domiciles, each with its own attached garage, so seniors can live on their own, independently, without having to shovel walks or worry about appliance maintenance.
Assisted Living
Our Pine Drive campus in Oostburg is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
There are 30 assisted living rooms, in four different sizes:
- Studio Standard (328 sq. ft.) - floor plan
- Studio Deluxe (415 sq. ft.) - floor plan
- Studio Deluxe Plus (542 sq. ft.) - floor plan
- One Bedroom (672 sq. ft.) - floor plan
