Provides healthcare for uninsured and underinsured people of Barron, Rusk and Washburn Counties.
We are open for Primary Patient Care EVERY Tuesday at 5 PM. (Except Holidays). We no longer have a 3- county restriction, so if you are in need of the services we provide, do contact us.
Please contact us before coming the first time to coordinate care. We do not schedule appointments.
We have other services beyond Primary Care. These services change weekly. You can get these services after you see a provider or you may be asked to come to the clinic only for these services. The typical monthly schedule is as followed:
~Physical Therapist: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays
~Diabetes Educator: 3rd Tuesdays
~Dietician: once a month or as scheduled
~Orthopedics, Ophthalmology and Dermatology: by Referral
~Behavioral Health: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays
