Also called Willowcrest Health Services - 134 bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) which provides restorative and rehabilitative care. Service provision focuses on care or treatment to residents who, because of their mental or physical condition, require 24 - hour nursing services including limited nursing care, intermediate level of nursing care and skilled nursing services. Rehabilitative services focus on Speech, Occupational and Physical therapies with an emphasis on increasing the likelihood of sufficient rehabilitation to return safely to a more independent way of life in the community.
Willowcrest Health Services has been serving the Southeastern Milwaukee area since 1970. We are located in a residential neighborhood, five miles from the shores of Lake Michigan and minutes from downtown South Milwaukee. St. Lukes South Shore is within three miles of our center. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
