There are 14 one bedroom apartments; two apartments that offer two bedrooms; spacious laundry area; off street parking; family gathering room with kitchen; water/sewer and garbage collection at no extra charge. Rent is calculated based on an applicants income and assets. Rents are generally no more that 30% of an individual's net income. Medical, dental and medication expenses are taken into account when rent calculations are made. Arrangement can be made for delivery of hot meals to apartments four day a week through the Unit On Aging. Support service available on fee for service basis: housecleaning, grocery shopping, transportation, personal cares, laundry.
