The Schmitt Woodland Hills skilled nursing facility (SNF) offers continuous nursing care on either a short-term or long-term basis. Our licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, directing a team of certified nursing assistants.
Our nurses, certified nursing assistants and resident assistants provide residents with a compassionate, loving nursing home setting licensed through the State of Wisconsin and fully approved with Medicare certification. We offer 50 private rooms with continuous skilled nursing care for either short-term rehabilitation or long-term stays.
Our skilled nursing care includes intravenous infusions, wound care, pain management, ostomy care, as well as other types of skilled care provided in a quiet home like environment.
