The Autumn West Safe Haven provides a safe, stable, and short-term housing alternative coupled with supportive services, which is designed to engage and connect clients who are chronically homeless and who are experiencing serious mental illness with income advocacy, mental health and AODA services, and permanent housing placement. The Autumn West Safe Haven provides no-cost, safe, apartment occupancy housing, which provides an important and critical stabilization process that assists in the transition from the streets and shelters to permanent housing.
