- Counselor
- Optometrist
- Transportation to the clinic or hospital for renal dialysis and radiation treatments are also available.
- Gundersen Coulee Trails main service focus is Southwestern Wisconsin, but we also offer a service, with prior approval, for Wisconsin residents who have appointments in neighboring states.
