CRISIS SERVICES AVAILABLE
Mental health crisis services are available by calling 866-317-9362 for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Crisis Center is staffed by mental health professionals trained in crisis intervention.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) programs include:

ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES - If you suspect an elder adult or adult at risk has experienced, is currently experiencing, or is at risk of experiencing abuse, neglect, self-neglect, or financial exploitation, your first step should be to report what you know.

ALZHEIMER'S SERVICES - This program helps respond to the stress and service needs of families caring at home for someone with irreversible dementia.

BENEFIT SPECIALIST SERVICES - Benefit Specialists help solve problems associated with obtaining and keeping private or governmental benefits.

BIRTH TO 3 PROGRAM - The Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program serves children under the age of 3 with developmental delays and disabilities and their families.

CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY OPTIONS PROGRAM - The Children’s Community Options Program provides services to children with a disability up to age 21.

CHILDREN'S LONG-TERM SUPPORT (CLTS) - The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program is a Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) Waiver that provides Medicaid funding for children who have substantial limitations in their daily activities and need support to remain in their home or community.

FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM - Services, such as information about available services, assistance in gaining access to services, information about counseling, support groups and training, respite care to help take a break from providing care, are provided to individuals providing care for family members.

INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE & REFERRAL SERVICES - Staff can provide information regarding questions on programs and services relating to your situation and your needs, and make referrals to other services available in the community.

LONG TERM SUPPORT SERVICES (FAMILY CARE & IRIS) - Staff can provide information, assistance and financial and physical eligibility for individuals seeking publicly funded long-term care assistance called Family Care.

SENIOR DINING & HOME DELIVERED MEALS - Home Delivered Meals are for people age 60 or older who are homebound due to health reasons, or physically or emotionally unable to travel to obtain food. The Senior Dining Sites provide well-balanced, hot, nutritious meals as well as the opportunity to meet new friends and take part in recreational activities like cards, bingo, and exercise classes.

SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE & CHORE SERVICES - Assistance, such as housekeeping and meal preparation, can be provided to adults age 60 and those with physical disabilities who are receiving Medicaid.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES -Several options for transportation are available throughout the county.
