Description:
Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in Oneida County: A place where five or more unrelated people live together in a community setting. Services provided include room and board, supervision, support services, and may include up to three hours of nursing care per week. All individuals admitted to CBRF's MUST have a Community Options Program (COP) assessment completed prior to admission. The COP assessment is completed by a social worker from the Oneida County Department of Social Services to identify areas of independence and assistance needs. COP funding can assist in providing supportive care services in the older adults own residence or in a CBRF. Talk with the CBRF Manager for more details.
