Children’s Community Options Program (CCOP)
CCOP is a new program, which began in January, 2016. The program allows for use of funding to support families with children under the age of 22 who have significant disabilities. The funding through this program is limited and the majority of the funding is used as local match for Children’s Long Term Support Waiver programming or to supplement waiver services. In order to access the funding, an individualized assessment will be developed to determine an appropriate service plan.
