Description:
Pathfinders envisions a community where every youth has the opportunity to live a safe, healthy, and successful life.
We provide emergency youth shelter for runaway and homeless youths ages 11-17. Drop-In Center provides basic needs services for at-risk and homeless youth. Street Outreach a case management support provided to youth on the streets. Q-BLOK - a LGBTQ young adult supportive housing program. Southeastern Education Center a behavioral reassignment middle school. Rosalie Center which assists young parents with healthy birth outcomes. Hand-in-Hand, Therapy services for sexual abuse survivors ages 6-17. Prevention Education, an evidence based curriculum to promote healthy sexual behavior.
Street Outreach - We operate Milwaukee’s only youth-focused Street Outreach team. With our mobile resource center, we meet youth where they are and share resources, basic needs items, sexual and mental wellness education, and referrals to aid their safe exit from the streets. By bringing our resources to the streets, we remove barriers to accessing services and build trusting relationships with young people in their neighborhoods.
