Description:
Day services include social and recreational activities; noon meal and snacks including special diets; and health and medication monitoring; personal hygiene assistance; activities; and support services. Transportation; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; podiatry; dental; psychotherapy; barber services; audiology; and bathing and whirlpool services available at an additional fee. Facility is accessible to those with mobility limitations. Facility is certified by the State of Wisconsin and CARF accredited. Facility is sponsored by the Milwaukee Center for Independence.
60+ years of age. Younger people will be considered if they meet the admissions requirements. Participant's physician must complete a general medical admission form and be free of communicable diseases.
